Dave holds a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trent University. As an avid Triathlete, he is happiest when he is exploring the terrain on his bike, running through a wilderness trail, or swimming in a fresh water lake.



Devon Domanski
Curator of Culture 

Devon is a charismatic individual known for BIG ideas, creative musings, strategic planning, and storytelling. Celebrated as a ‘Jill-of-All-Trades’ she plans dynamic leadership experiences, and uniquely themed events.

Starting her career as a certified teacher helped this ‘Carrier-of-Culture’ naturally progress into corporate training and development. She motivated and inspired regional and national staff at The Body Shop, and acquired additional strengths in event management while working for BOOM! Marketing.

Devon draws from nature’s sensory experience, and that inspires her writing, deepens her connection to yoga, and feeds a life-long love of food and culture.



Megan Cosgrove
Associate Coach

Megan brings experience as a Management Consultant and Human Resources Business Partner working with diverse business industries and sizes, in the corporate and not-for-profit environments to her coaching and facilitation. Megan was drawn to coaching and leadership development by her passion and deep belief of the impact it has on achieving results, building teams, and motivating people. She uses nature metaphors in her coaching as a universal language that we can all understand.

Megan has obtained her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPA) and her Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation from Royal Roads University. Megan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Victoria provides leadership and team development at the executive level, addressing issues such as defining and executing on business strategy, creating high performance teams and developing corporate culture. As an IT executive with over twenty-five years of experience, Victoria is a well-rounded executive in software development, product management, sales, and has extensive experience in start-up organizations.

Victoria holds a BMath with Honors in Co-Op Computer Science (University of Waterloo), and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching (Royal Roads University). She is also Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation).

As an outdoor enthusiast, she believes that connecting with nature keeps her grounded and open to seemingly impossible greatness of others.



Sarah Thompson
Associate Coach

A creative learning strategist with a passion for aligning culture and brand to training systems, Sarah brings action oriented ideas to her client relationships in a fun and approachable way. She is known for her work on engaging and developing millennial talent and is often asked to share her knowledge on the ‘future of work’ at conferences, chapter events, and e-learning events for a variety of organizations and associations in North America.

As a Certified Executive Coach and member of both the International Coach Federation and the Institute for Learning and Performance, Sarah’s ideas flow in nature and she brings back that inspiration to foster meaningful conversations in the workplace.



Jean West 
Associate Coach

Jean is a Certified Executive Coach and Facilitator with over 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles.

Jean utilizes a variety of assessment tools in the coaching context to assist her with team building, skill development and goal setting. She has delivered individual and team coaching, development assessments, coach mentor feedback and coaching programs to a variety of sectors including non-profit organizations, public and corporate.

She is a graduate of Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia holding a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and has obtained her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has also completed her Advanced Coaching Practices Master’s certificate at Royal Roads University.



Patrick O’Reilly
Coaching Senior Leaders to Greatness

At 27, Patrick was then the youngest person ever appointed to the senior executive ranks of the federal government. With a lot of learning on the job, he spent the next 15 years, or so, climbing the ladder, leading teams, launching change, engaging people and sparking partnerships around the world. Two years ago he left that world and re-found himself, dove into his passion for helping others succeed and became a certified executive coach. He now leads a boutique firm of executive coaches whose mission is to help other leaders be better than they thought they could be, and achieve goals they were unsure how to achieve. He’s been described as “fierce energy, in a container of calm” and he likes that.


Stacey Richards
Inspiration Maritime Style

It all started with the poster “SWAP: Students Working Abroad Program” and Stacey instantly fell in love with people, places and cultures. Since then she has visited 68 countries thanks to her social hostess and assistant cruise director days on some of the finest cruise ships in the world. On the flip side, she has been referred to as “corporate girl rocket” for her love of office work and corporate culture. She worked as a law clerk in Toronto, managed corporate sales at the Saint John Hilton and today she welcomes travelers as Operations Manager at the Atlantic Flight Centre. So, with that, “come on down, the tea’s on”! She’ll be there to welcome you to experience EDGE 3 maritime style – warm hospitality with the majestic backdrop of The Bay of Fundy.
