Accident Waiver and Release of Liability

I understand that participating in The Embodied Coach Event (the “Event”), like at any live event, there may be an element of unexpected risk involved. I accept full responsibility for my wellbeing during the Event and knowingly assume all risks. I also understand that my participation is voluntary and that I can choose what feels right for me at any time. I take full responsibility for my food choices and any dietary needs, allergies, or sensitivities I may have. I understand that EDGE3 is not responsible for managing or preventing adverse reactions to food. I recognize that attending a group event may include exposure to COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses. I accept this risk and take responsibility for my own health and safety. I understand that photos or video may be taken during the Event and grant EDGE3 and its affiliates permission to use my image for documentation or promotional purposes. If any part of this waiver is found invalid, the rest remains effective. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any legal matters will be handled in that jurisdiction. I confirm that I’ve read this waiver, understand its contents, and am signing it voluntarily.

You’re releasing EDGE3 from liability and taking responsibility for your choices during the event.

You’re cool with us using any great event photos or videos where you might appear (unless you let us know otherwise).
