Leadership Coaching
Because we are all leaders.
Leadership is the inspiration we bring to one another. It is in the doors we open, the support we offer, the trust we give. The opportunity to show leadership is everywhere, and the time to show leadership is now.
You don’t have to be the one in charge to be a leader. We are all responsible for creating a positive culture. And contrary to what you may have heard, there are no “seven steps” for becoming a great leader. Leadership happens in that place where you can connect with the people around you. It comes from understanding what others need from you, and it begins with you believing in them.
What we do
We keep leaders focused on alignment between their intentions and how they are perceived by those around them. We help them to stay focused on their leadership presence, what is important to them, how their actions impact the team and we support them with their ongoing development to be more effective every day.
How we do it
As your leadership coach we create a safe space – free of judgment – for you to explore your actions, intentions, and impact. We strive to always:
- Serve as a thinking partner and a sounding board for ideas;
- Believe that you have the answers within and our role is to draw out those answers;
- Share our experience, resources and educational tools for ongoing development;
- Provide feedback and hold the mirror up to illuminate blindspots;
- Walk beside you, and together we navigate challenging times and celebrate wins along the way; and
- Take care to ensure our time together is challenging but the impact on leadership is significant.
Leading with compassion leads to greater engagement; when your people are more engaged, it leads to better business results.

Walker Industries: “What’s on Your Flag?”
Our journey with Walker Industries started with a one day retreat in wine country for the Senior Leadership team. Our mission was to create a supercharged statement of 7 words or less, to articulate their vision as a company, and inspire the path ahead.
The senior executives were taken on a nature hike to reflect on their personal journey with the company, and the legacy they hope to leave behind. After sharing their stories with each other, powerful themes emerged. Each of the leaders created their own flag that represented their journey. Collectively, they crafted a large flag that they ceremoniously raised together, as a sign of a unified vision for the company’s future.
What could be hard work is made fun by EDGE3. They use nature as a way to inspire reflection, creativity and growth. They helped us to develop and embed within our organization a legacy statement that aligns our employees with our values."
But it didn’t stop there. EDGE3 created a ½ day workshop and trained a team of internal facilitators who went on to deliver the workshop with every team member in the company. From senior leaders to the front line, this workshop was designed to create insightful conversations across the organization, to align each team member to the company values, and to bring the new vision to life.
In the final component of the workshop, each team member crafted their own flag to show how they brought the company values to life in their work. This ensured that everyone felt truly valued for their hard work and contribution to the organization.
