Over the last 20 years; Melanie’s unique style of combining analytics with action, allows her to accurately uncover her client’s key opportunities, while leveraging their unique characteristics to overcome barriers and risks. Melanie’s diverse background with clients ranges from healthcare to hospitality. Melanie takes pride in seeing her clients shed resistance, build accountability, and achieve measurable results for big success. She has a Bachelor of Science, and holds certifications in Mastery Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Team Coaching, Dental Hygiene, Dental Assisting, and Adult Training and Development. To maintain her passion and drive, she knows the importance of consistently creating energizers in her day-to-day routines.
